The time management system assigns each worker with a series of parameters such as timetable, holidays, permission to use justifications, etc. Thanks to intuitive and user-friendly screens, the system's administrator will be able to draw up a template of the workdays, calendars, schedules and planning in real time.

The management of the workers’ attendance in the company can be performed in different ways, for example with radio frequency devices, using cards with terminals to record the entry and exit of the staff and keeping a record in real time in order to draw up immediate reports.

Another way can be the use of fingerprints which, at the same time, solves the way in which the entry and exit of staff is recorded, but on this occasion with the biometric identification of the fingerprint.

The reports of the registrations can be exported into different formats. The balance and the calculation are performed instantly and the results are always up to date, which facilitates the decision-making of the managers who can swiftly and easily monitor the staff. Depending on the needs of the company, the entry and exit of employees can be performed via different devices, for example time clocks, remotely from a pc or a Smartphone. The records will always reach the system processing them in real time.

In any of these methods, the employees have the option of adding a justification to the record, or of viewing their balance, their workday or holidays.
